We are looking for a street smart Legal and Compliance professional who understands how business works. Someone who can read between the lines of an agreement, spot risk instantly, negotiate hard when required, and still keep compliance 100 percent clean.

Compliance and Corporate Governance

End to end compliance under the Companies Act 2013 ROC filings MCA compliance statutory registers Drafting board resolutions minutes compliance documentation Maintaining zero non compliance culture

Contracts and Negotiation

Drafting and reviewing Vendor Service Lease NDA MOU SLA agreements Negotiating commercial clauses liability indemnity penalties termination Protecting the companys interests without killing the deal Standardizing contracts and reducing legal exposure

Litigation and Dispute Handling

Responding to legal notices Coordinating with external counsel Handling arbitration and dispute matters Maintaining litigation tracker and case strategy support

Vendor and Commercial Support

Vendor legal due diligence Reviewing tenders and commercial contracts Working closely with procurement finance and business teams

Semi Qualified CS ICSI 5 plus years of hardcore legal and compliance exposure Strong drafting skills Confident communicator can push back when needed Business minded not just legally correct
