Job Title: Assistant Landscape Design Manager Location: Mumbai (Dadar) Industry: Real Estate / Residential Luxury Villas Reporting To: Design Manager

Job Opportunity: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Assistant Design Manager to oversee the planning, design, and management of outdoor spaces within our luxury projects.

About the Role: The Landscape Assistant Design Manager will lead the planning, design, and management of outdoor areas for various high-end projects, ensuring all aspects adhere to established timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape design.

Responsibilities: 1. Design Management: Lead the creation and execution of designs for outdoor spaces across several projects. Ensure timely completion of all design elements, including securing necessary approvals and making material selections. Oversee budgets by managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and supervising material selection processes.

2. Project Coordination: Deliver project milestones within specified deadlines. Conduct design reviews and approval meetings, ensuring effective data collection and timely updates in tracking systems. Undertake regular site visits to monitor the implementation of designs and facilitate snagging processes.

3. Communication & Collaboration: Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) efficiently to promote seamless project advancement. Collaborate effectively with external consultants for critical project drawings. Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials based on site needs. Work alongside the Sales team to align client expectations and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Process Improvement: Initiate and execute process enhancements to improve efficiency within the landscape design workflow. Actively participate in team collaboration and engage in learning and development opportunities.

Required Skills: Proven experience within the Villa/Luxury Real Estate industry. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.

Preferred Skills: Experience in outdoor space design and management. Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
