Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Ambala. The HR Manager will manage various HR processes including recruitment, employee onboarding, and training programs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role also involves managing employee engagement initiatives, evaluating performance reviews, and supporting organizational development strategies to contribute to overall business objectives.

Qualifications

- Comprehensive knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement processes - Experience in Training, Organizational Development, and Performance Management - Strong knowledge of Employment Laws and Compliance regulations - Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with teams and across departments - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) - Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
