Revenue Accounting processes, Must have Integration experience with SAP FI.

Brief about the Role:We are seeking an experienced SAP EBBR Consultant to support and enhance Event-Based Revenue Recognition solutions for a UK-based enterprise client. The role involves working closely with finance, revenue accounting, and technical teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with SAP FI. Key Skills:Functional & Technical Skills:·

Strong hands-on experience with SAP EBBR (Event-Based Revenue Recognition)·

In-depth knowledge of SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)·

Strong understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition principles·

Experience in configuring Contracts, POBs, Events, and Revenue Postings·

Proven integration experience with SAP FI·

Knowledge of FI postings, GL, Revenue Accounts, and reconciliation·

Experience with S/4HANA Finance preferred·

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot revenue discrepancies·

Experience working with business events and source document integration·

SAP RAR / Finance certifications are a strong plus

Domain & Analytical Skills:·

Strong understanding of Revenue Accounting business processes·

Ability to translate business requirements into SAP EBBR/RAR configurations·

Experience in revenue forecasting, adjustments, and compliance reporting·

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills·

Attention to detail and financial accuracy

Soft & Communication Skills:·

Strong communication and documentation skills·

Experience working with UK/European stakeholders·

Ability to work independently in a remote setup·

Good stakeholder coordination and requirement-gathering skills·

Proactive, accountable, and delivery-oriented approach

Roles & Responsibilities:·

Configure and support SAP EBBR and SAP RAR solutions·

Manage end-to-end revenue recognition processes aligned with accounting standards·

Integrate EBBR/RAR with SAP FI for accurate financial postings·

Support revenue accounting, reconciliation, and reporting activities·

Participate in business requirement discussions and solution design·

Perform testing, validation, and deployment support·

Provide production support and issue resolution·

Maintain functional documentation and best practices·

Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams across geographies

Must Have:·

Strong ownership and accountability·

Ability to implement SAP best practices·

Excellent time management and discipline·

Stable engagement mindset for long-term projects·

Capability to work effectively in distributed, remote teams

NOTE:·

Preference will be given to candidates who can align with the UK time window·

Long-term engagement with extension possibility·

Remote role with direct interaction with UK stakeholders·
