UI/UX Designer (3+ years of experience)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Ui/Ux Designer (3+ years of experience) to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for their digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered solutions that enhance usability and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into design specifications. Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders to improve overall user experience. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback effectively.

Required Skills 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience in creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms. Ability to conduct user research and usability testing effectively. Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles.

Preferred Skills Experience with design systems and component libraries. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Experience in designing for SaaS or enterprise applications.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience in delivering user-centered design solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
