Key Responsibilities Handle sales activities for Pune East residential projects Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Handle walk-ins, digital leads, and channel partners Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings Maintain and update CRM data regularly Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and legal teams for smooth closures Provide regular sales updates and reports to management 5 to 8 years of experience in residential real estate sales Strong communication and convincing skills Good negotiation and closing ability Proven track record of achieving sales targets Ability to work independently Willing to work on weekends
