Key Requirements Strong grasp of B2B marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and cross-channel attribution. Experience leveraging statistical analysis and data science fundamentals in business contexts is preferred. Skilled in automating reporting and delivering insights at scale is an advantage. Who You’ll Work With Global marketing leadership and supporting teams to align on marketing, sales, and go‑to‑market strategies. Cross‑functional collaboration with marketing program execution teams and the global Strategy, Planning, and Analytics team. Regular engagement with campaign and business leaders to translate business needs into analytics projects and communicate strategic findings. Who You Are 7–9 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or marketing insights roles within B2B organizations. Demonstrated experience in breaking down complex business problems, designing analytical solutions, running analyses, and presenting clear findings to senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of B2B marketing programs, strategy, and campaign measurement. Highly proficient in SQL, Excel, and Tableau; solid working knowledge of Python. Strong business acumen, disciplined, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all organizational levels. Creative, innovative, and adaptable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Willingness and flexibility to adjust working hours to collaborate across global time zones. Highly responsible, self‑motivated, and comfortable working to tight deadlines in an agile environment.
