Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented payroll and compliance professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, LWF, and Professional Tax.

Job Title: Senior Executive – Finance Shift timings- 3 PM-12 AM Geography: US End to end US payroll process management. This includes preparation of the monthly payroll inputs, validation of the same, Processing the payroll in Global View Payroll system of ADP. US termination processing. Timecards validation and preparation of the timecard input for payroll processing Payroll cost accounting – Accounting of the payroll cost in SAP post payroll closure, payroll payments entries accounting, Monthly payroll cost provisioning. Managing payroll and statutory compliance audit Mis Reporting – Payroll variance analysis, payroll headcount report, overview of payroll and payroll cost, WOTC Reporting Review and managing year end payroll closure activities
