Head of Platform Engineering

Our client is a leading global investment and advisory firm known for its deep expertise in private equity, real estate, and alternative asset management. This is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, integrating and modernizing technology platforms that supports various functions across the enterprise and the mandates core focus is on platform integration, data & analytics along with cloud-based architecture.

Some of the key responsibilities will include: To lead the design, development and deployment of next generation technology platforms. To build robust reporting infrastructure delivering accurate metrics to internal and external stakeholders. To own modernization of legacy operational systems and drive adoption of metrics, monitoring and SDLC best practices.

To be eligible for this role you will require: 18+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise platforms including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Strong understanding of enterprise system integration along with deep exposure to data integration, data warehousing and analytics platforms. Experience with cloud-based architecture and familiarity with tools like snowflake, tableau etc. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills in a global environment.
