Urgent Opportunity: Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced CLM implementation specialist with strong hands-on expertise in implementation and a proven ability to work closely with legal, commercial, procurement, and technology stakeholders. This role sits at the centre of contracting transformations and will be responsible for project management, system and workflow design, build and implementation, configuration and testing, data migration and user training.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, strong communicator, and trusted advisor who brings both technical depth and operational understanding of enterprise contracting.

Key Responsibilities:
CLM Platform Implementation Expertise (Sirion and iCertis experience will be high regarded)
Been involved with CLM implementations including project management, systems and workflow design, template harmonizations, Configuration and testing, data migration and user testing.
Troubleshoot high-complexity issues across workflows, integrations, and contract data.
Support continuous enhancement of CLM capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Act as a trusted point of contact for Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and technical teams on CLM implementation matters.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and advise on best-practice contracting processes.
Influence decision-making, manage expectations, and drive alignment across global teams.
Process Improvement & CLM Governance
Assess current processes and design improvements that enhance automation, efficiency, and compliance.
Prioritise and manage enhancements, workflow redesign, and template updates.
Lead UAT cycles and ensure new features and changes meet business needs.
Documentation & Knowledge Enablement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including workflow guides, user instructions, and configuration logic.
Develop and deliver training and adoption materials to support new features and processes.
Metadata Extraction, AI Configuration & Data Quality
Configure metadata and obligation types, ensuring accurate classification and extraction.
Work with AI/NLP tools to refine prompts, improve extraction accuracy, and validate results.
Perform iterative testing and ensure data integrity across contract repositories.
Project Management
Support and execute project management activities related to CLM implementations
Manage project plan, track activities and prepare project status updates and reports
Required Skills & Experience:
Essential
Extensive hands-on experience with CLM implementations, including configuration and workflow design.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior teams.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and workflow issues.
Experience with CLM data structures, metadata, obligations, and template governance.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach.
Experience working in global or distributed teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with Sirion and/or Icertis CLM platforms
Exposure to AI/NLP-driven extraction tools or machine-learning configuration.
Understanding of commercial contract terminology and structures (NDA, MSA, SOW, etc.).
Background in legal operations, procurement operations, or enterprise contract management.
Technology implementation PMO experience
