Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at VisionX Study Abroad, located in Vellore. The Human Resources Generalist will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits programs, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and supporting the team with HR management tasks. The position requires effective communication with all levels of the organization to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and experience in HR Management Proficiency in creating, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies Experience in administering Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Prior experience in the education or consulting industry is a plus
