Account Manager – E-commerce Marketplaces

Company: NISAM Experience: 2–5 Years Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Role Summary ● Manage and grow brand presence on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces ● Own end-to-end account performance, operations, and growth

Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management ● Handle daily operations of marketplace accounts ● Ensure listings are live, accurate, optimized, and policy-compliant ● Monitor account health and resolve issues proactively Sales & Growth ● Drive revenue through pricing, promotions, and catalog expansion ● Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and customer behavior ● Identify growth opportunities and execute action plans Listing & Content Optimization ● Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, and images ● Coordinate with design/content teams for brand consistency ● Implement SEO and keyword strategies

Advertising & Promotions ● Coordinate PPC, deals, and coupons with internal teams ● Support campaign execution and performance analysis ● Track ROI and recommend optimizations Inventory & Operations ● Monitor inventory and plan replenishment to avoid stock-outs

● Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams ● Manage returns, claims, and customer escalations Reporting & Communication ● Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports ● Present insights, risks, and recommendations ● Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts

Required Skills ● 2–5 years managing Amazon / Walmart / eBay accounts ● Strong knowledge of marketplace policies and algorithms ● Hands-on experience with Seller Central / Vendor Central / Walmart Seller Center ● Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets) ● Ability to manage multiple SKUs and brands

Preferred Skills ● Experience in Grocery, FMCG, Herbs, Spices, Consumables ● Knowledge of Amazon Ads, Helium 10, Jungle Scout ● International marketplace exposure (US / UK) ● Basic understanding of brand building
