Manager-Liabilities Strategy (AVP Grade)

ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:

Support creation and periodically modification of bank‘s medium to long-term strategy ensuring seamless translation of strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals. To identify, plan, and support execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable liabilities growth, reduce cost of funds, improve branch and overall profitability in alignment with organizational vision and regulatory requirements. Ensure envisioned outcomes of the identified initiatives are achieved within desired timelines. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives. Support the annual strategic planning exercise across businesses and quarterly strategy reviews Develop deposit mobilization strategies to support asset growth and optimize cost of funds Oversee the conduct of in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats. Analyze industry trends, best practices and competitive landscape to guide strategic thinking and decisions.

Education:

MBA / CA / CFA

Experience : Minimum: 8-12 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services, or strategic consulting.
