Technical Project Manager (TPM) - Job Description Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Full-Time, On-Site)

Job Summary We are building a next-generation SaaS-based Trade Intelligence & CRM platform for the global import–export industry.

We seek a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end project execution, coordinating Product, Engineering, Data, and UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality modules on time.

Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution - Convert business requirements into technical tasks and sprint plans.

- Create timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules. - Manage modules like Dashboard, Search Engine, CRM, Data Analytics, APIs.

- Daily monitoring of development progress.

2. Team Coordination - Closely work with Product Manager, System Architect, UI/UX, Developers, QA, Data Engineers. - Ensure alignment between business vision and technical execution.

3. Technical Understanding - Strong knowledge of APIs, backend systems, cloud, databases, and architecture. - Review technical designs, identify risks, and ensure scalable development.

4. Agile & Scrum Management - Conduct standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives. - Manage Jira / Trello boards.

5. Risk Management - Identify delays, dependency issues, and technical risks. - Provide mitigation plans.

6. Quality & Documentation - Ensure QA testing, bug tracking, and documentation (SRS, API Docs).

7. Stakeholder Communication - Provide weekly updates to Founder & Leadership team. - Communicate challenges proactively. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, cloud architecture. - Knowledge of Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, AWS. Project Management Skills: - 5–10 years technical PM experience. - Strong Agile, Scrum, and cross-functional leadership. Soft Skills: - Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving capability. Qualifications - B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech (CS preferred). - PMP / Scrum certification is a plus. Salary Range (based on experience).
