Role Overview

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to own our go-to-market strategy and drive real growth. This is a role for someone who wants genuine ownership and the chance to build something from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Own and execute Infinity's marketing strategy—from brand positioning to user acquisition Drive growth through organic and paid channels across digital and campus markets Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization with a startup budget mindset Build systems and processes that scale as we expand to new markets Work directly with the founder to shape product and brand direction

Who You Are

3-4 years of experience, ideally in product STEM background preferred (IIT, IIM, or equivalent institutions a plus) Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality—you build, test, and iterate independently Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute Genuinely excited about challenging the status quo in professional networking
