We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for building and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand positioning, lead generation, and revenue growth. This is a high-ownership role where you will manage campaigns end-to-end, optimize budgets, and collaborate closely with design, content, and sales teams.

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads - Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance marketing initiatives - Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic - Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and brand positioning - Implement email marketing automation for lead nurturing and retention - Monitor analytics, conversion funnels, and campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics - Track marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI - Present structured monthly and quarterly performance reports to leadership

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital/performance marketing - Strong expertise in paid campaign management and optimization - Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, keyword research, and ranking strategies - Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools - Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities - Ability to work in a structured, performance-focused environment
