Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mixing Engineer, based in Mumbai with flexible work-from-home options. The Mixing Engineer will oversee and manage the preparation of compound mixtures for the production of sealing products. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining mixing equipment, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, monitoring raw materials and formulas, and collaborating with quality assurance teams. The role involves preparing reports, optimising processes to increase efficiency, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Qualifications

- Understanding of multiple elastomers like NBR, EPDM, Silicone, FKM, their formulations, troubleshooting, development and flow characteristics. - Experience in the sealing solutions or manufacturing industry is highly desirable - Bachelor’s degree in Rubber Technology or a related discipline
