Manufacturing Process Specialist - Aseptic Filling

Job Responsibilities:

Filling Operations: Execute aseptic filling of drug products in vials, pre‑filled syringes (PFS), and cartridges while strictly adhering to approved procedures and contamination‑control guidelines. Equipment Operation & Cleaning: Operate, clean, and maintain filling and sealing machines, steam sterilizers, lyophilizer's, and all associated equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP requirements. Batch Execution: Carry out batch manufacturing activities exactly as per the approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and production instructions to ensure compliance, accuracy, and product quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with hands‑on experience in operating filling machines within pharmaceutical injectable manufacturing or biosimilar production facilities will be preferred.
