A leading SEBI-registered investment advisory firm is looking to onboard a PMS Sales Head to lead its Portfolio Management Services vertical.
This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive AUM growth, expand national distribution, and build a scalable PMS sales engine.

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, entrepreneurial, and growth-driven leader to spearhead the national expansion of our Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) business.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for scaling AUM to ₹10,000 Cr by 2027 and positioning our client among the top PMS providers in India over the next three years.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Business Expansion
Drive aggressive business development across PMS and AIF channels to achieve ambitious national revenue and AUM targets.
Expand the premium client base by acquiring high-revenue platforms and key UHNI/HNI clients.
Develop and execute structured growth strategies across direct and intermediary channels.
Lead the roadmap to rank among the Top 20 PMS providers by 2025, Top 10 by 2026, and Top 5 by 2027.
Sales Leadership & Team Building
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing national PMS sales team.
Mentor senior sales leaders and cultivate a strong performance-driven culture.
Drive ongoing training and enablement programs to enhance product knowledge, market intelligence, and consultative selling capabilities.
Client & Partner Engagement
Build and nurture deep relationships with UHNIs, HNIs, family offices, distributors, and key financial intermediaries.
Establish and strengthen distributor tie-ups to maximize revenue streams.
Conduct strategic client reviews aligned with long-term wealth creation objectives.
Ensure a seamless, multi-channel client journey with a strong customer-first philosophy.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Design and execute large-scale lead generation campaigns, investor events, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance brand positioning within the premium investment ecosystem.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Provide actionable market insights and strategic direction aligned with equity trends and risk management frameworks.
Act as a thought leader representing the organization across investor forums and industry platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
15–20 years of experience in wealth management, equity advisory, PMS, or AIF businesses.
10–12+ years in senior leadership roles driving large-scale AUM growth.
Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance sales teams.
Strong relationships within the UHNI/HNI ecosystem.
Deep understanding of capital markets, portfolio strategies, and regulatory landscape.
