Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Monitor production quality and reduce rejection rates. Perform root cause analysis using 7 QC tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc. Prepare quality reports, NCR, CAPA documentation. Coordinate with production team to implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements. Conduct internal audits and quality checks. Maintain quality records and documentation. Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Automobile OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience Experience: 1–5 years in Manufacturing / Fabrication / Automotive industry Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply (Junior Role) Skills Required: Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge) Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills MS Excel & documentation skills
