We are looking for energetic, self-driven freshers to join our

Channel Sales

team. This is a

field-intensive

role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners—brokers, agents, and other intermediaries—to drive project sales across Bangalore. Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners for DS-MAX projects. Conduct regular visits to partners, sharing project details, offers, and inventory updates. Organize and conduct site visits for partners and their clients. Distribute marketing material, brochures, and price lists. Coordinate with the internal sales team for booking closures. Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and broker meets. Maintain accurate daily visit and sales reports. Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred, not mandatory). Experience:

Fresher (0–1 year). Prior field sales exposure is an advantage. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Quick rapport-building skills Basic knowledge of Bangalore’s real estate market (preferred) Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Compensation & Benefits
