About the Role: We are on a mission to empower people and help them become successful entrepreneurs through a hands-on mobile learning platform. Unlike traditional courses on teaching entrepreneurship through video lessons and exams, our program is designed as a learning-by-doing journey, helping users create and launch businesses in diverse domains such as e-commerce, content creation, retail, tech, and professional services, to name a few. As a Program Manager - Courses and Curriculum, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing this entrepreneurial journey and creating detailed step-by-step learning paths that guide students from ideation to business launch and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development:

Design a 50/100 steps roadmap for aspiring entrepreneurs, breaking down the entrepreneurial journey into weekly milestones and daily tasks. Focus on practical tasks and real-world execution.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging video scripts and videos, reading materials, and quizzes (preferably using AI tools), ensuring content is clear, relevant, and understandable.

Curriculum Improvement:

Continuously review and refine the curriculum based on user feedback and industry trends, ensuring it remains effective and aligned with user goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with product teams to integrate the curriculum into the mobile app and ensure users have access to necessary tools and resources.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure content is high-quality, clear, and culturally relevant. Maintain accuracy and clarity in all materials.

Passion for Entrepreneurship:

Stay updated on entrepreneurial trends, continuously improve the curriculum, and inspire students through practical, action-based learning.

Ideal Profile: Educational Background:

Degree in Education, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Experience in curriculum design is a plus.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in creating engaging educational content, particularly for entrepreneurship or business courses.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong writing skills, ability to create clear and engaging content. Good organizational skills for managing multiple projects.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Personal Attributes:

Passionate about entrepreneurship and education. Creative, proactive, and able to simplify complex concepts for learners.
