HR Manager

who can bring structure, culture, and people-first thinking to our expanding team.

What You’ll Do Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Manage HR policies, payroll, compliance, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through training, development, and conflict resolution. Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals and long-term strategy. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal processes. Lead efforts to strengthen retention, motivation, and team well-being through innovative HR practices.

What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an

HR Manager

or in a similar leadership role. Strong understanding of HR best practices, Indian labor laws, and compliance processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Empathetic leader with the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. A proactive mindset and passion for building culture in a creative, fast-paced environment.
