Job Overview: Serve as the primary contact for security, compliance, data privacy, business continuity, and technology needs. Manage audits, risk assessments, and standards adherence while driving security initiatives. Requires strong stakeholder engagement, client interaction, technical expertise, and project leadership.

Required skills: 1) Security & Compliance Leadership

- Act as the first point of contact for all security, compliance, and data privacy requirements, ensuring alignment with Mphasis ISMS and client standards. 2) Risk Management & Audits

- Perform risk assessments, oversee audit controls, and facilitate internal/external audits to minimize non-compliance. 3) Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

- Establish, monitor, and test Business Continuity Plans in coordination with delivery and BCMS teams. 4) Stakeholder & Client Engagement

- Demonstrate proficiency in managing senior leadership communication, reporting, and client interactions. 5) Technical & Project Management Skills

- Identify and remediate technical failures, lead internal projects, and represent the function at account/location level.
