Job Description

Must Have Skills: C Programming L2/L3 Protocols Switches / Routers Control Plane & Data Plane IXIA / Spirent Traffic Generators Debugging & Code Analysis

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field. 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in C programming. Solid experience working with L2/L3 networking protocols. Strong understanding of Switches and Routers architecture. Good knowledge of Control Plane and Data Plane concepts. Experience using traffic generators like IXIA and Spirent. Strong debugging skills and ability to understand large codebases. Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Datacom product development environment. Hands-on experience in protocol development or enhancements. Exposure to performance optimization and complex issue resolution. Experience working in embedded/networking systems.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance networking features using C programming. Work on L2/L3 protocol implementation and optimization. Analyze and troubleshoot complex networking issues. Perform debugging and root cause analysis across control and data plane. Execute and validate networking features using IXIA/Spirent traffic generators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature development and issue resolution. Maintain high-quality coding standards and documentation.
