Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive based in Delhi, India. The Social Media Executive will manage social media platforms, execute social media marketing campaigns, and optimize content for audience engagement. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, crafting compelling content, optimizing posts for increased visibility, and analyzing performance metrics. Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team will also be a key component of this role.

Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to engage online audiences effectively. Strong Communication and Writing skills to create impactful messaging and maintain consistent brand voice. Knowledge in Media Planning to strategize campaigns and allocate resources efficiently. Ability to analyze metrics and use insights to improve social media performance and engagement. Experience with social media tools and platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Proactive attitude, creativity, and a strong understanding of current trends in social media and digital marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
