Role Description The Tendering Manager will play a crucial role in preparing, processing, and managing tenders and related documentation, ensuring thorough compliance with industry standards. This full-time, on-site position is based in Howrah & Kolkata (WB). The role involves gathering and analyzing project requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely bid submissions, negotiating with clients and suppliers, and supporting procurement and sales initiatives. The Tendering Manager will oversee project management tasks to ensure successful project execution aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications Experience in Tender Management and Tender Preparation Strong Sales and client negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with knowledge of industry standards and processes Prior experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is an advantage Min. experience 5 years. Expertise in GEM & other e-procurement portals Strong communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel Ability to manage end-to-end tender processes
