With 2500+ shows managed and 90+ monthly performances, Handwired is positioning itself as Jaipur’s leading premium artist management agency. We are expanding and looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help us grow our hospitality and corporate partnerships. Job Details Position: Part-Time Sales Executive Location: Jaipur (Field Meetings Required) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Nature: Project-Based Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 Incentives: Performance-based (Total earning potential ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month) Role Objective Your primary responsibility will be to: Reach out to potential hospitality and corporate clients Schedule and attend meetings Present Handwired’s services professionally Convert leads into confirmed bookings Leads will be provided by the company. Your focus is on meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Lead Management Contact provided leads (hotels, cafes, event venues, corporates) Maintain regular follow-ups Build relationships with decision-makers Client Meetings Visit venues and hospitality partners Present portfolio and showreel Understand client requirements Represent Handwired professionally Conversion & Closing Convert meetings into confirmed bookings Maintain structured follow-up until closure Coordinate with internal team for execution Relationship Building Develop repeat business from venues Identify upselling opportunities Build referral network Who Can Apply? Freshers with strong communication skills Candidates with 0–2 years of sales experience Hospitality / event sales background preferred but not mandatory Confident, well-spoken, and target-driven individuals Compensation Structure Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 Attractive performance incentives Total earning potential: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Higher conversions = Higher incentives.
