Key Responsibilities Design and develop solutions on the

ServiceNow platform Work extensively on

CSM (Customer Service Management), ITSM (IT Service Management), and FSM (Field Service Management) Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security best practices Provide support, enhancements, and continuous improvements Must-Have Skills ServiceNow Development

(6+ years overall experience) ITSM:

5+ years of hands-on experience CSM:

Minimum 2+ years of experience FSM:

Minimum 2+ years OR strong working exposure Strong knowledge of

ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) Experience in

workflows, integrations, and automation Good understanding of

ServiceNow architecture Soft Skills Strong

communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a

client-facing offshore model Problem-solving and analytical thinking
