Position Title: Oracle NetSuite Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 8–12+ years (with 4+ years in NetSuite leadership roles)
Role Overview
The Oracle NetSuite Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery, optimization, and
governance of the organization's NetSuite ERP platform in India. This role involves managing
implementation projects, overseeing enhancements, leading a functional/technical team,
and ensuring that the system supports business operations across Finance, Supply Chain,
Manufacturing, CRM, and other integrated functions.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong NetSuite expertise, excellent
stakeholder management skills, and proven experience driving ERP transformation
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. NetSuite Platform Ownership
∙Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle NetSuite ERP.
∙Manage NetSuite modules such as Financials, O2C, P2P, SCM, Inventory,
Manufacturing, CRM, PSA, or others relevant to business.
∙Ensure system uptime, governance, and adherence to best practices.
2. Implementation & Project Management
∙Lead NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and migration projects.
∙Oversee requirement gathering, solution design, testing (UAT/SIT), deployment, and
hypercare.
∙Coordinate with global teams, third-party vendors, and NetSuite partners.
∙Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades.
3. Team Leadership
∙Manage a team of NetSuite functional consultants, administrators, and developers.
∙Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members.
∙Maintain workload planning, performance reviews, and team development.
4. Business Partnering
∙Act as the primary point of contact for Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, HR,
and IT stakeholders.
∙Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
∙Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for end-users.
5. Technical & Functional Expertise
∙Lead development work including SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and
SuiteAnalytics.
∙Manage integrations with external systems (eCommerce, CRM, WMS, HCM, etc.).
∙Ensure data quality, security compliance, and audit readiness.
6. Governance & Support
∙Establish NetSuite standards, documentation, SOPs, and controls.
∙Oversee issue triaging, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
∙Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements (GST, TDS, local accounting
guidelines).
Required Skills & Qualifications
∙Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
∙8–12+ years of experience in ERP; minimum 5+ years in Oracle NetSuite.
∙Experience managing end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
∙Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, workflows, advanced financials,
customizations.
∙Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and integrations.
∙Experience managing a team of functional/technical consultants.
∙Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
∙Excellent communication skills with global collaboration experience.
∙Experience in India localization (GST, TDS, statutory reporting) preferred.
∙NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation) are an
advantage.
Preferred Skills
∙Experience with global ERP rollouts across multiple geographies.
∙Knowledge of SOX, data security, and compliance standards.
∙Exposure to related systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or integrations through Dell
Boomi/MuleSoft/Integration Cloud.
