About the role:
We're looking for a
Program Manager
to work directly with the CEO to drive execution across the organization. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the connective tissue ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks as we scale. You'll track multiple projects and initiatives across 10+ departments, ensuring timely follow-ups, consistent progress updates, and proactive escalation of delays.
This isn't a typical project management role—you'll need to get deeply involved, understand context quickly, and assist team members and managers wherever needed. Think of yourself as an execution partner who ensures accountability and follow-through, week after week, task by task.
What you'll do:
Track cross-functional projects
: Own the end-to-end tracking of multiple strategic initiatives across departments including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and International expansion
Drive accountability
: Ensure all team Trello boards are consistently updated, follow up on pending tasks, and flag delays proactively in weekly updates
Be the execution engine
: Conduct regular check-ins with department heads and team members to ensure commitments are being met and roadblocks are cleared
Support strategic initiatives
: Manage complex projects like international entity setup, template optimization programs, localization plans, and cross-team coordination efforts
Share upstream updates
: Keep leadership informed with concise, actionable updates on project status, risks, and dependencies
Assist where needed
: Jump into projects to support teams in getting things done—whether that's coordinating between stakeholders, gathering information, or troubleshooting blockers
Improve execution hygiene
: Identify patterns in what's slipping through the cracks and work with teams to build better processes
What we're looking for:
Education:
MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in a high-execution role
3-5 years of experience
in program management, operations, consulting, or a high-agency role at a startup or fast-paced environment
Execution mindset
: You're not just tracking tasks—you're ensuring they get done. You're comfortable being the person who follows up (politely but persistently) until things are complete
Smart and adaptable
: You can quickly understand new contexts, get up to speed on different projects, and meaningfully contribute to problem-solving
Strong communication
: You can clearly articulate status, blockers, and next steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Organized and detail-oriented
: Nothing slips past you. You maintain impeccable records and can juggle multiple workstreams without dropping balls
Proactive and self-driven
: You don't wait to be told what to do—you see what needs attention and take initiative
High EQ
: You know how to nudge without nagging, push without being pushy, and build trust across teams
Bonus if you have:
Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership in a startup
Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.)
Background in operations, consulting, or business analysis
Experience managing projects across international markets or diverse stakeholder groups
A proven track record of turning chaos into order
What's in it for you?
Work closely with top leadership in a high-impact role where your work directly influences company execution
High ownership + fast growth environment where you'll be trusted to drive outcomes
Competitive compensation
Opportunity to shape how a fast-growing edtech company operates at scale
Direct exposure to strategic decision-making and cross-functional leadership
Annual compensation:
Competitive salary as per industry standards + variable incentive + stock options
Perks:
Free lunch and dinner
Employer PF contribution
Medical insurance coverage
Stock options
Please note that this is an in-person role, with no remote option available.
You get to work with a young & smart team, including directly with the founders, who are on a mission to inspire school kids to fall in love with coding. Join us on the journey to provide coding and AI education to every K-12 student and prepare them for the future.
