Head of Financial Planning Analysis

Job Title: Finance Manager / Financial Controller

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) with up to 3 years of experience to join our growing organization in a key finance leadership role.

This position will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, strengthening internal controls, and driving financial discipline across business verticals, including international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial reporting - Handle and supervise bookkeeping activities during the initial phase to ensure accuracy and system alignment - Monitor budgets vs actuals and analyze cost variances - Conduct detailed cost analysis and margin tracking - Review expense structures and recommend cost optimization strategies - Manage cash flow planning and working capital efficiency - Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance - Develop financial MIS and management dashboards - Support business decision-making through financial insights - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational finance control - Provide oversight on Indian entity accounting and compliance processes

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA or MBA (Finance) - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls - Hands-on approach with ability to manage both strategic and operational finance functions - Experience in handling multi-entity or multi-location operations preferred - Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
