Job Title: Team Lead / – Inside Sales
Job Objective:
As a
Team Lead – Inside Sales , you will drive course enrollments by leading a team, optimizing lead conversions, and ensuring sales targets are met. You will enhance student engagement and streamline the sales process for maximum efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor an
Inside Sales team
to achieve sales targets.
Drive
lead generation, qualification, and conversion
via calls, emails, and webinars.
Conduct high-impact
sales calls and presentations
to potential students.
Track
team performance
using CRM tools and optimize sales strategies.
Collaborate with
marketing and operations
for process improvements.
Maintain strong
student relationships , addressing queries and guiding enrollments.
Key Skills:
Proven inside sales & leadership experience
(EdTech preferred).
Strong
communication, mentoring, and negotiation
skills.
Target-driven
with a strategic approach to sales.
Proficiency in
CRM tools
(Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
3+ years of sales experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
2+ years of sales experience (EdTech experience is a plus).
