This isn't your typical Account Manager gig. We don't ‘manage’ accounts; we accelerate their success.
You are a forward-deployed solver (fds), embedded directly within our most strategic client relationships. Your mission is to be obsessively client-centric, acting as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for turning their business goals into realized value. You will quarterback the entire post-sale journey—from unearthing new opportunities to mitigating risks and ensuring every promise is brilliantly kept.

This isn't a ‘check-in and chat’ role. You are the DRI for your portfolio's health, growth, and success. Your mission: use our ‘solver DNA’ to deepen partnerships and deliver ‘real value’ long after the sale.
Here’s how you’ll make your mark:
- Growth Catalysis & Value Expansion: You are a catalyst for growth, unlocking new value by serving as both the client's champion and an internal navigator. You own the entire post-sales commercial journey, quarterbacking escalations and managing executive stakeholders to ensure our delivery engine is perfectly synced with client ambitions.
- Strategic Partnership & Influence: Forge unshakeable partnerships with key client stakeholders, becoming their go-to confidant on all things tech and transformation. Lead high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that serve as strategic roadmaps, not just status updates.
- Obsessive Support & Proactive Success: Orchestrate flawless execution for client 'go-live' moments and critical events, acting as mission control for their success. Own the red flag. When issues arise, you marshal resources until the problem is evloved (solved differently).
- Building 'Clients for Life': Champion the voice of the customer internally, funneling their feedback to make all of Searce better, faster, and smarter.
- Strategic Account Cultivation: Proactively engage with key client accounts to understand their evolving needs, identify new solution opportunities, and drive the long-term strategic growth of the partnership.
- Operational Advisory & Issue Resolution: Provide expert guidance on day-to-day operational challenges, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and rapid resolution of emerging issues.
- High-Stakes Escalation Management: Lead the navigation of complex client escalations and difficult conversations, acting as the primary advisory point to align stakeholders and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Commercial & Contractual Oversight: Advise on contract renewals, expansions, and amendments, ensuring alignment with proposed solutions and managing any commercial discussions related to service delivery or invoicing

- Mission Controller, Crisis Quarterback: Stays calm when the heat is on. Owns escalations from start to finish, communicating with clarity under pressure, marshaling internal resources, and navigating complex issues until the problem is evloved.
- Internal Navigator, Delivery Synchronizer: Acts as the central hub for the client. Translates client needs into actionable tasks for internal teams and ensures everyone—from delivery to support—is aligned, in sync, and executing flawlessly.
- Commercial Storyteller: Articulates the "so what?" behind our work. Crafts and delivers high-impact QBRs that tell a compelling story of value creation, reinforcing the partnership and strategically mapping the road ahead.
Tech Superpowers
- Cloud Data Mastery: You're a wizard at leveraging public cloud data services, with deep expertise in GCP (BigQuery, Spanner, etc.) and expert proficiency in modern data warehouse solutions like Snowflake.
- Data Engineering Core: Highly skilled in designing, implementing, and managing data workflows using tools like Apache Airflow and Apache Kafka. You're also an authority on advanced data modeling and ETL/ELT patterns.
- AI/ML Data Foundation: You instinctively design data pipelines and structures that efficiently feed and empower Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence applications.
- Programming for Data: You have a strong command over key programming languages (Python, SQL) for scripting, automation, and building data processing applications.
Experience & Relevance
- Advisory Pedigree: 2+ yrs of foundational understanding of customer success and account stewardship, eager to ensure clients realize sustained value from their technology investments long after the initial sale.
- Growth-Minded Acumen: Demonstrates a keen instinct for cultivating growth within existing partnerships, ready to support the team by identifying strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with the client's journey.
- Relationship-Centric Acumen: Eager to build deep, lasting client relationships, developing core advisory skills in account governance, stakeholder management, and strategic business reviews.
- Locally Attuned: Exhibits a strong desire to understand the local business ecosystem—market trends, partner capabilities, and client-specific nuances—to provide more contextual and impactful advice to their account portfolio.
