General Manager/Head of Client Billing- Nashik

This role leads client billing operations for residential and industrial building projects in Nashik, Maharashtra, requiring 15+ years of experience in construction billing. The position ensures accurate, timely billing, revenue maximization, and compliance in a fast-growing construction hub.

Position Overview

Oversee end-to-end client billing processes for multiple projects, including RA bills, final bills, and certifications. Collaborate with site teams, clients, consultants, and HO for seamless financial execution in residential complexes and industrial structures. Based in Nashik, report to senior project or commercial leadership, driving team performance and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, submit, and certify client RA and final bills per BOQ, drawings, contracts, and site measurements.

- Analyze project progress, reconcile materials/labor, verify variations/extra items, and manage claims/escalations.

- Lead billing team: set KRAs, conduct appraisals, ensure compliance, and generate MIS reports/cash flows.

- Coordinate joint measurements, follow up on approvals/payments, and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.

- Maintain records, support audits, and optimize processes using ERP/Excel for efficiency.
