Skills you are expected to acquire
- Thorough knowledge of Carestack - workflows, features and reports. Should be able to
provide solutions to new customers leveraging existing features
- Knowledge of the competitive PMS products. Gaps w.r.t Carestack. Workflows that
behave differently and can create potential friction
- Understanding of Practice operations and how and when they use Carestack features.
- Understand custom reporting requirements and how it can be solved for using existing
reporting frameworks.
- Understand the data conversion challenges, typical data entities that may need special
attention post migration
- Know Carestack set up in great detail. Own creation of all master data set up that is
required before onboarding outside the purview of migration
Responsibilities – Leveraging the skills
- Coordinate with the data conversion team for every new onboarding to establish proper
data conversion across all data fields
- Validate Sandbox environment for accuracy of migrated data and any discrepancies
due to product workflow differences
- Speak to the Customer POC and validate the sandbox environment. Highlight potential risks
- Highlight the potential challenges well in advance and coordinate with PM, Engineering
and Data conversion teams to find a solution
- Broadcast & document solutions and decisions taken with the customer POC to
the Implementation leads
- Speak to customer POC regularly to find any specific concerns with CS migration or specific expectations that Implementation lead should prepare for during training.
Document and broadcast the same to the Implementation leads
- Speak to customer POC to validate the set up and the Sandbox
- Meet with the Product and highlight product gaps that are critical for smooth onboarding
- Build a connect and relationship with the Customer POC that can enable him to reach out
to you for any quick help during the early days
How will you be measured
- How well you identified and tackled the migration risks
- Accuracy of the whole set up and data migration process
- Amount of time Implementation lead had to spend on migration and set up issues
- Customer satisfaction after onboarding.
