Annual manpower planning aligned to business goals
Organization design and role clarity
Productivity monitoring and manpower cost control
Support restructuring and expansion initiatives
2. Talent Acquisition
Timely hiring against approved budgets
Structured selection process to improve quality of hire
Reduce early attrition and maintain hiring MIS
3. Performance Management
Implement KPI-driven PMS
Align KRAs with business targets
Drive quarterly/annual reviews and manage low performers
4. Training & Capability Building
Annual training calendar and skill gap assessment
Leadership pipeline and succession planning
Track training effectiveness
5. Compensation & Benefits
Salary structuring and grading framework
Performance-linked incentives
Annual benchmarking and cost governance
6. Employee Engagement & Compliance
Engagement and retention initiatives
Labour law compliance and HR audits
Discipline framework and dispute resolution
7. HR Analytics

Forecast manpower needs
Qualification & Experience
MBA/ Masters in HR / Labour Laws
18–25 years in Manufacturing / FMCG / Distribution
Experience managing sales & plant workforce across multiple locations preferred
