We are looking for an experienced
Project Sales Experience candidate
with a strong background in the building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving project-based sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring business growth through effective engagement with architects, builders contractors, developers, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert project sales opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and project consultants to ensure product specification and inclusion in projects.
Promote companyโs product portfolio (doors, frames, and related solutions) through technical presentations, demonstrations, and project-specific proposals.
Track projects from design to execution stage, ensuring timely order conversion and delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, technical support) to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights for strategic planning.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
