We are looking for a

Funds Lawyer

with experience in investment funds and asset management to work on fund structuring, regulatory advisory, and transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities: Advising on formation and structuring of funds (AIFs, PE/VC funds, etc.) Drafting and reviewing fund documentation (IMAs, contribution agreements, etc.) Providing regulatory advice under SEBI (AIF) Regulations and related laws Assisting with fund launches, compliance, and ongoing regulatory requirements Coordinating with sponsors, investors, and regulatory authorities

Requirements: 2–8 years of relevant experience in a law firm Strong drafting and analytical skills Good understanding of fund structures and SEBI regulations Ability to manage transactions and work in a dynamic environment
