Role Overview -
Senior executive responsible for driving enterprise strategy execution, leading the global PMO, and aligning major transformation initiatives across the organization. Acts as the strategic advisor to the CCO and leads a high-performing delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the enterprise portfolio, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy and priorities.
Lead annual planning, OKRs, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
Head the global PMO and establish strong delivery governance, reporting, and performance standards.
Provide executive insights through dashboards, portfolio reviews, and leadership updates.
Build and mentor a strong team of project/program leaders; embed agile and digital ways of working.
Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans.
Lead change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement for major transformations.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure seamless execution across global teams.
Qualifications
20+ years in strategy, PMO leadership, or large-scale transformation roles
Experience in global environments, GCCs, or shared services
Bachelor’s/Master’s; MBA preferred
Certifications like PMP/SAFe/PROSCI preferred
Strong expertise in portfolio management, agile delivery, and organizational change
Skills
Strategic mindset and strong execution capability
Excellent executive communication and influence
Proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.
Strong leadership presence and team-building skills
