Experience:

3-5 years Education: IIT / NIT / IIIT / BITS / IISc (strongly preferred) (Exceptional candidates with strong product impact will be considered regardless of institute)

Must-Have: 3+ years

backend experience with

Python Strong hands-on with

Django REST and/or FastAPI Built

scalable REST APIs

used in production Experience with

PostgreSQL/MySQL + Redis Worked on

async / background jobs

(Celery, queues, Pub/Sub) Cloud deployment experience ( AWS / GCP / Azure )

What You’ll Work On: Build

high-performance backend systems

(not maintenance work) Own features end-to-end - design, build, deploy Optimize

API latency, DB performance, and scalability Work on

data-heavy systems

and modern product features Collaborate closely with frontend (React / Next.js)

Good to Have: Microservices, Docker, CI/CD GenAI / LLM / RAG exposure Startup / product-led environment experience
