Reporting To: Pune Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
A-Z Service ecosystem
for 5,000+ units of EMotorad E-Bikes; ensure uptime and fast resolution.
Act as the
primary escalation point
for customer issues.
Manage
hub/warehouse operations
– inventory, stock logistics, quality checks.
Oversee
spare parts planning
and service scheduling to control TAT.
Drive strong
customer handling, data management, and technical troubleshooting .
Requirements:
Background: B.Tech. in ( Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) Engineering .
Fluency in
Telugu (mandatory) ; Tamil/Kannada preferred.
