We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Video Editor

who can help us transform long-form podcast content into high-impact short-form and long-form content for LinkedIn and Instagram.

Role Overview You will be responsible for editing full podcast episodes and repurposing them into engaging short-form content tailored for professional and social audiences. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific content trends.

Key Responsibilities Edit full-length podcast episodes (YouTube/long-form format) Create high-quality short-form clips (30–90 seconds) optimized for LinkedIn & Instagram Reels Add captions, subtitles, dynamic cuts, transitions, and basic motion graphics Create engaging hooks and highlight impactful moments Design simple branded templates for consistency across episodes Ensure audio clarity, color correction, and overall production quality Collaborate with the founder/team to align content with brand voice and messaging Turn around content within agreed timelines

Required Skills & Experience Proven experience editing podcasts or talking-head style content Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content formats Ability to create engaging subtitles and clean visual layouts Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention Basic understanding of branding and visual consistency
