Manual Tester

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 2+ years of experience to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our software products. The role involves working closely with developers, product teams, and fellow QA engineers to test, identify, and resolve issues across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual and/or automated testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications. - Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Conduct functional, regression, system, UAT, performance, and automation-related testing. - Log and track defects in tools like JIRA with clear reproduction steps. - Participate in root cause analysis and ensure prompt follow-up on bugs. - Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous QA process improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. - Minimum 2 years of QA/testing experience. - Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience with at least one automation/performance testing tool/framework. - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Proactive mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and learn quickly.
