Role Description

This is a full-time on-site US IT Recruiter role based in Noida and Hyderabad. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the hiring process, and ensuring talent acquisition goals are met.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment processes - Experience in Hiring and Recruiting for a variety of positions - Technical Recruiting expertise with a strong understanding of various IT and technical roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus - Knowledge of current hiring trends and experience in the US IT recruitment market
