Role Overview

We are seeking a

passionate and skilled Junior Penetration Tester

to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate should have

a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience

in

web, mobile, API, and network penetration testing , or have been

actively participating in bug bounty or Vulnerability Disclosure Programs (VDP) .

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive

Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)

on web, mobile, API, and network environments. Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities with detailed remediation guidance. Conduct configuration reviews of firewalls, servers, and cloud infrastructure. Prepare detailed

technical and executive reports . Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure effective mitigation and retesting.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year

of hands-on experience in penetration testing or

equivalent practical experience via Bug Bounty or VDP participation . Strong understanding of

OWASP Top 10 , network security principles, and exploit techniques. Proficiency with tools such as

Burp Suite, Nmap, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit, OpenVAS/Nessus, Wireshark . Scripting knowledge in

Python, Bash, or PowerShell

is an advantage. Must hold or be pursuing a

recognized global certification

such as

eJPT, CEH, or equivalent .
