We are supporting a global enterprise organization in hiring a

Network Analyst / Network Operations Engineer

to join their onsite IT infrastructure team in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities : Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve internal IP network issues across enterprise environments Provide Level II network support in collaboration with systems and user support teams Support network projects, upgrades, and new installations Assist with planning, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including: Network hardware and software Cabling and physical infrastructure Monitor routers, switches, and security devices using internal and external monitoring tools Support and maintain network security infrastructure, including firewalls Coordinate and assist with repair of network and telecommunications equipment Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and operational procedures Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business requirements Participate in a 24x7 rotational on-call schedule as required

Required Skills & Experience: Minimum

2+ years of experience

in a network analyst, network engineer, or network operations role Hands-on experience with

network security and firewall technologies Palo Alto experience preferred; other firewall platforms acceptable Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts: WAN, LAN, WLAN IP networking and troubleshooting Experience working with routers, switches, and network monitoring tools Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience supporting production enterprise networks in a corporate environment Familiarity with VoIP fundamentals and protocols Experience working in vendor-supported or global IT environments
