Job Purpose

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven professionals to drive Home Loan and Mortgage Sales, acquire new customers, and contribute to revenue growth through direct sourcing and strategic networking.

This role involves field sales, relationship management, and ensuring smooth end-to-end loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to meet customers and explain home loan products Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups Generate leads through direct sourcing and customer referrals Coordinate with the credit team for smooth loan processing and disbursal Maintain portfolio quality and ensure strong credit performance Onboard new channel partners

Identify and empanel new housing projects (APFs) and agents to increase loan applications

✅ Required Skills & Experience

1–5 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage Sales (BFSI/NBFC preferred) Experience in direct sourcing and channel sales preferred Strong local market knowledge and network Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and influencing abilities Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate in any discipline – Mandatory)

Additional Requirements

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Comfortable with field sales work
