What You’ll Work On
Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and phone
Assisting with orders, returns, exchanges, and product guidance
Resolving complaints and issues quickly while maintaining a positive experience
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Collecting and reporting customer feedback to improve processes
Supporting the team in improving response templates and workflows
What We Expect
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi (other languages a plus)
Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset
Ability to handle multiple queries at once while maintaining quality
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM / e-commerce platforms
Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred
Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Who You Are
1–2 years experience in customer support, call center, or e-commerce support (preferred but not mandatory)
Portfolio of past experience (if applicable) or examples of handling customer interactions
Quick thinker, solution-oriented, and loves making customers happy
Someone who enjoys creating processes, improving workflows, and going the extra mile
Obsessed with delivering smooth, thoughtful, and memorable customer experiences
