Work location: Bangalore
Experience: 1-2 Years
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintain one-on-one customer relations
2. Manage tight deadlines and changing priorities
3. Follow all customer requirements per their documentation, e-mail, or phone correspondence
4. Responsible for accurate documentation and data entry tasks
5. Should be open to work in the US shift/Night shift
Qualifications / Skills
CSR or related experience (office, telemarketing, or similar)
Preference will be given to candidates who have handled
Technical Support
responsibilities
A computer Science background is preferred.
Must possess excellent verbal and written skills.
Excellent computer skills
Data entry skills
Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to multitask & be organized in a fast-paced environment.
Must be flexible with work schedule.
Willingness to learn other software systems.
